Client:

AB Klima authorized and direct representative of the CHIGO group - one of the largest and most well-known manufacturers of air conditioners in the world. Factory is located in the southern part of China and employ nearly 16 000 people. AB Klima, our direct customer, also introduces to the market a wide range of air curtains under its own brand.

Task:

Preparation and implementation of the storage system, allowing to increase efficiency and reduce inequalities in relation to the manufacturer system.

Key solutions:

Work on the project started from analysis of the situation in which was the customer, so as to provide him fully tailored solution. The circumstances did not allow for a simple implementation of the warehouse. It turned out that products delivered from China did not have the typical barcode, but only codes indicating the serial number. For this reason adopted recording equipment was time-consuming and inefficient. Prepared by us application is based on data collectors. Acceptance and registration of goods is tkanks to this very comfortable and intuitive. Warehouse selects in the application category of the product  and then using the code reader scans all relevant devices. After completing the data, the program creates a card storage of goods which can be exported to Subiekt. From this moment it is the carrier of all the necessary information - the type of product and product description, date of adoption, the date of purchase and purchasers.
