Lech Walesa Institute is a foundation that brings together different social groups around the postulated their ideas - decentralization of the state, the use of moral action in politics or care tradition of independence. The Institute provides expert support for Lech Walesa in activities at home and abroad.
Task:
The launch of electronic information flow, facilitate communication and collaboration between remote centers.
Key solutions:
The main challenge was to improve two-way communication between the Institute in Warsaw, and the Office of Lech Walesa in Gdansk. People working in such remote locations need tools that allow them to current synchronization tasks undertaken and efficient transfer of information in real time. Prepared the application were based on a simple, but very powerful and flexible solution. Namely on an extensive calendar, whose functions have been designed and tailored to specific customer requirements and the organization's hierarchy. In this way, the application helps in quick and convenient preparation of schedules of tasks between geographically remote organizations.
