Natcom is a fast growing company primarily engaged in the sale of equipment and office supplies and consumables. Is a respected partner of Xerox, and the exclusive distributor of the Belgian Unibind.

 

 

Task:

Commissioning of the dedicated B2B tool, allows efficient implementation orders in line with the specifics of the company.
 

Key solutions:

Offer the client is directed mainly for business customers and institutions - companies, advertising agencies, publishers and printers. For this reason, needed a convenient and functional solution - B2B platform to service requests. The client has two different brand - one of which provides IT equipment and supplies, the other is in turn distributes office supplies. In fact, they constitute a completely separate entities possessing their own facilities. However, the range prepared by our platform was a combination of both. Building actual offer is largely automated and carried out according to a specific procedure. Each product described in the relevant hashtags, which allow the rapid identification and finding in the database.
